마을기업 구성원의 공동체 의식이 지속가능성에 미치는 영향 : 충청남도 마을기업을 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to develop the prospective development of village enterprise and to focus on the activation of local communities such as village businesses and income and jobs for local residents. The results of this study are as follows. The results of this study are as follows. First, the attribution of community members' sense of community has a significant effect on the sustainability of village enterprise. The interchangeability among the community consciousness of the village enterprise members has a significant influence on the sustainability of the village enterprise. Third, the attachment of community members' sense of community has a significant effect on the sustainability of village enterprises. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, in order to overcome the problems of village enterprises and to maintain the prospective development possibility, it is important to verify the importance of community consciousness among the members of village enterprises. Second, it is important to note that one of the important factors that can lead to the sustainability of the village enterprise is the recognition of the members' community consciousness. Third, in order to cultivate the community consciousness of the village enterprise members, it is necessary to establish a systematic education system in terms of the institutional aspect in which members can raise community.
