회계분야의 NCS 학습모듈 적용이 해당 분야 인적자원의 직무능력에 미치는 영향

This study has recently emerged as a very important issue in all industrial sectors. As the standard development and learning modules for NCS are being developed for each field, each educational institution and corporation is carrying out educational activities on NCS learning module in accounting field. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the application of educational activities on the NCS learning modules in the field of accounting to the effect on the job ability and attitude of human resorce in the field. The subjects of this study were education and training of SMEs in the accounting field and collected data through surveys about the results of training and education. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS PC + program. In this study, the application of the NCS module in the accounting field developed in this study was compared with the previous study which focused on the development of the learning module of the NCS or the reorganization of the curriculum, And their impact on job performance and job attitude. As a result, the degree of inclusion of the contents of education and training of NCS module in the application of NCS module has a significant effect on job performance ability, human relationship ability, job consciousness and organizational commitment in accounting field. In the process of applying the learning module, the required facilities and support systems have a significant effect on the improvement of job ability, but they do not have a significant effect on the relationship ability, job consciousness, and organizational commitment. In the future, the application of NCS learning module in other fields will have a significant effect on the job ability of the field, and it can be used as a logical criterion.
