성취동기와 기술수용능력이 기술창업의지에 미치는 영향: 창업단계별 비교를 중심으로

This study focused on analyzing the effects of achievement motivation to startup intention within Korean industry. For effective management of the start-up policy, it is necessary to provide robust support considering the level of achievement motivation. In order to accomplish the policy objectives of this study, a researcher examined the influence of achievement motivation on the entrepreneurial will on pre-entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. Through the data purification, four sub-factors of achievement motivation were specified. According to this research, the achievement motivation had a positive effect on level of entrepreneurship. Specially, patience factor was found to affect to the entrepreneurial will by entrepreneurship as a meditator. Also, Information technology acceptance did influence to entrepreneurial will and entrepreneurship. These influence levels were discriminate according to start-up levels. As the start-up level progresses, it can be confirmed that the influence of the technology acceptance and entrepreneurial will to start-up is high.
