This study examines the relationship between supplier dependence, buyer dependence, Relational. In other words, perceiving interdependence in transactional relationships with trading companies can affect the formation of social capital, and furthermore, the formation of social capital can affect win-win cooperation and sustainability. The results of the research hypothesis are as follows. First, supplier dependency has a positive (＋) effect on structural capital, relational capital, and cognitive capital, and buyer dependency has positive (＋) effect on structural capital and cognitive capital. Social capital has no significant effect on win-win cooperation, and only positive capital has a positive effect on sustainability. As a result of examining the mediating effects of social capital, supplier dependence and buyer dependency have a positive (＋) positive effect on win - win cooperation and sustainability, and a higher influence on win - win cooperation and sustainability through mediating effects of social capital. These results show that interdependence as supplier dependence and buyer dependency play an important role in enhancing social capital. And because interdependence directly affects win-win cooperation and sustainability and can have a greater impact through the mediating role of social capital, individual firms need to raise the level of interdependence, Is required.
