The full-scale launch of Seoul's design policy was launched in 2007 at the Design Seoul headquarters. The urban environment and quality of life in Seoul have been remarkably growing since the birth of the Design Division in 2007, and the term "design" has been settled to such an extent that it is now familiar. In Seoul, the design policies from 2007 to present are divided into four categories. In other words, there will be no problem even if it is Oh sehoon market time and Park Won-soon market time. Oh, sehoon was interested in improvement of the urban environment that focused on software improvement rather than hardware improvement, and Park, wonsoon 's market period emphasized the design policy applying the concept of citizen' s design. In the past decade, the design has changed the shape of Seoul while designing in Seoul. In the past, Oh, sehoon, there were urban design departments in 25 autonomous regions. But now most of them have been reduced to design teams. Currently, municipal governments are evolving as cities are transformed into safe urban and citizen-friendly designs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the flow of design policy in Seoul and to analyze the selected design projects among the design competition projects that were carried out in Seoul city design policy. Jungnang-gu was selected as a crime prevention design project, which was one of the core businesses of Park, wonsoon. Jungnang-gu, which has been a negative image since the past, has been carrying out crime prevention design and safety village projects in the area of ​ ​ Myeonmok-dong and Junghwa-dong from 2013 to 2016. In this way, we analyze the flow of design policy in Seoul and propose a development policy for the image change of Jungnang - gu.
