농지법상 농지제도의 운영상 몇 가지 고찰

The principle of light-liberation warfare is the most important ideology of our agricultural land system by defining it as a noun in Article 121 of the Constitution. Of course, there is an exception to the principle under the Second Amendment, but given the agricultural conditions due to constant social and economic changes, it is necessary to draw up appropriate means to achieve the purpose of the farmland system by utilizing its original purpose without causing any disruption to the nation's agricultural development. In this sense, I would like to suggest an alternative to the current Farmland Act by referring to some problems at agricultural farmland sites based on the actual law regarding the operation of the farmland system. Of course, this research paper proposes a policy plan for utilizing farmland rent for more rational and efficient use of farmland by faithfully reflecting the principle of light-liberation from a more fundamental and fundamental perspective, not as an alternative to allowing or prohibiting farmland rent on a piecemeal basis. To make use of farmland currently difficult to use and engage in farming management as efficiently as possible, expand the allowable range of farmland that is difficult to use for farming or to use for free, and extend the lease period for farmland, especially those that are related to perennial plant cultivation, and provide clear legal grounds for handling the report of farmers' civil petitions, which are closely related to the people's lives and agricultural management activities, to induce transparency and other active management of the government of the people.
