텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 북한관광인식에 관한 연구 : 국내 잠재관광객을 중심으로

과거에는 생각할 수 없던 북한 관광이 점차 현실화 되어가고 있는 시점에 따라 북한관광에 대한연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 북한관광의 국내이슈에 대한 폭넓은 이해와 시대적 흐름에따라 변화하는 흐름을 파악하고 그 결과를 토대로 북한 관광의 미래 여행 시장을 예측할 수 있는 과정이 필요로 하게 된다. 따라서 북한관광에 대한 국내 인식과 잠재 관광객들의 인지수준을 파악함으로써 향후 북한관광에 대한 흐름을 예측하고자 한다. 데이터 수집결과 총 12,129개의 데이터가 수집되었으며, 네트워크 분석을 실시한 결과 총밀도는 1.451로 나타났다. CONCOR(convergent correlations) 분석을 실시한 결과 총 12개의 그룹으로 구분되었다. 2018년 개최된 남북정상회담을통해 남한과 북한의 관계가 회복될 경우 북한관광의 기대감이 함께 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 철도, 돈, 발전 등의 키워드가 도출된 것으로 보아 파주를 지나는 경의선 철로 개발이 추진될 것으로예상된다. 또한 금강산 관광 재개가 가장 높은 빈도를 나타냈었는데, 이는 과거 금강산 관광이 이미이루어졌던 경험이 있기 때문이며, 북한과 우호적인 관계가 진전될 때마다 등장하는 사업이기 때문이다. 따라서 국내 잠재 관광객들은 북한관광의 재개는 곧 금강산 관광의 재개와 같다는 생각이 가장높게 나타나는 것으로 확인된다. 북한관광의 가능성은 금강산 관광에 초점을 맞출 수 있으며, 원활한재개를 위해서는 철저한 안전 울타리와 방안들이 사전에 반드시 마련되어야 한다.
Abstract
In the past, tourism in North Korea was unimaginable, however it is gradually becoming a reality, therefore the necessity to research North Korean tourism is raised. Thus, based on the results of extensively understanding the domestic issues of North Korea tourism and the changing trends with the trends of time, there should be a process to predict the future travel market of North Korean tourism. Therefore, this study aims to predict the future trends of North Korean tourism by understanding the domestic perception of North Korean tourism and the perception level of potential tourists. In the results of the data collection, a total of 12,129 items of data were collected. In the results of the network analysis, the total density was 1.451. In the results of conducting the CONCOR analysis, it was divided into a total of twelve groups. In the case of when the relationship between South Korea and North Korea was recovered through the South-North Korea Summit held in 2018, the expectation of North Korean tourism increaased simultaneously. As the keywords like railroad, money, and development were drawn, it was predicted that the development of Gyeongui Line Railroad passing Paju would be promoted Also, the resumption of tourism in Mt. Geumgang showed the highest frequency, which is based on the experience of performing Mt. Geumgang tours in the past as a project that appears whenever a friendly relationship between North and South Korea progresses. Thus, Therefore, it is confirmed that the domestic potential tourists who think of the resumption of North Korean tourism as the same as the resumption of Mt. Geumgang tours were the highest. The possibility of North Korean tourism can focus on Mt. Geumgang tours, and it would be essential to establish thorough safety fences and measures in advance for a smooth resumption.
