부산지역 냉장냉동 창고 입지변화 분석

초록
본 연구에서는 부산지역을 중심으로 냉장냉동 창고의 입지변화를 분석하였다. 그 이유는 부산지역은 농축수산물 및 신선식품의 수출입이 왕성하게 일어나기 때문에 그에 따른 냉장냉동 창고의 수요도 높은 지역으로 생각할 수있으며, 기존 냉장냉동 창고의 변화를 분석한 선행연구를 바탕으로 특별한 변화가 보이는 지역이었기 때문이다. 냉장냉동창고의 주요 보관품인 냉동식품 및 농축수산물과의 상관성을 바탕으로 냉장냉동 창고의 업체수 및 보관능력의 변화를 분석하였으며, 부산지역의 입지변화를 다양한 측면에서 살펴보았다. 부산지역의 경우 2003년 이후 사하구와 서구에 대다수의 냉장냉동 창고가 입지하고 있으며, 대규모 업체와 영세업체가 공존하며 증가하는 현상을 보였다. 하지만 2008년 이후에는 대부분 20,000M/T 이상의 대규모 창고의 입지가 증가하였으며, 전체적으로 사하구에 비해 서구가 평균규모가 큰 업체들이 입지하고 있었다. 또한 상관관계 분석 결과, 부산항의 농축수산물 수출입액과 업체수 및 보관능력 사이에는 높은 상관관게를 보였으나, 부산항의 수출입 중량과 업체수 사이에는 상관성이높지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 수출입 금액 및 물량과 냉장냉동창고의 보관량에는 큰 관계성을 보이지만, 냉장냉동창고 업체수와의 관계성은 높지 않음을 의미한다. 일반적으로 냉장냉동창고에서 취급하는 화물량이 증가하면 창고 수도 비례하여 증가할 것으로 예상할 수 있으나 그렇지 않은 결과가 도출된 이유는 규모가 작은영세한 업체의 영향도 있을 것으로 보인다. 이러한 연구는 부산지역의 냉장냉동 창고 입지 및 운영에 필요한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다. 하지만 보다 유용한 시사점을 도출하기 위해서는 향후 정밀한 분석과 연구가 필요할것이다.
Abstract
In this study, based on a previous study that analyzed changes in existing refrigerated and frozen warehouses, we conducted a detailed analysis of changes in the Busan region, which is an area where special changes can be seen. Refrigerated and frozen warehouses handle a variety of products, but based on the correlation with marine products, which are the main storage items, we analyzed the number of refrigerated and frozen warehouses and the change in storage capacity, and considered the changes in location in Busan from various aspects. In the case of Busan area, the majority of refrigerated warehouses have been located in Saha-gu and Seo-gu since 2003, and the number of large-scale and small-scale businesses is increasing. However, since 2008, the site has been divided into Amnam-dong, Seo-gu and Gamcheon-dong, Saha-gu and the number of large-scale warehouses with a scale of 20,000 MT or more has increased. Such research is expected to provide the necessary tips for the location and operation of refrigerated warehouses in Busan.
