항공서비스전공 대학생의 교육서비스품질이 전공만족도와 진로태도 성숙도에 미치는 영향 연구

본 연구의 목적은 항공서비스전공 학생들의 전공만족도 향상을 위한 교육서비스품질의 세부요인을 파악하고 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요소를 파악하여 대학생들의 진로와 취업에 도움이 되고자한다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 항공서비스관련학과의 학생들을 대상으로 하여 전국에 있는 2년제, 4년제 대학교를 선정하여 온라인을 이용하여 직접입력 방식의 설문으로 총 210부를 최종분석에 적용하였다. 본 연구는SPSS 21 프로그램을 사용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 가설검증을 위한 분석 결과 교육서비스품질 중 교육시설요인, 명성요인, 교수요인, 취업지원요인이 높을수록 전공만족도도 높아지는 것으로 나타났고, 전공만족도는 진로태도성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교육서비스품질이 진로태도성숙도의 영향관계는 교육서비스품질 중 글로벌지원요인, 취업지원요인, 명성요인이 높을수록 결정성도 높아지고, 명성요인, 교육요인, 취업지원요인이 높을수록 목적성이 높아진다. 다음으로 학과운영요인, 취업지원요인, 교수요인, 교육시설요인이 높을수록 확신성도 높아지고, 교육서비스품질 중 학과운영요인, 교수요인, 교육시설요인, 글로벌지원요인이 높을수록 준비성도 높아지며, 학과운영요인, 취업지원요인, 교육요인, 교육시설요인이높을수록 독립성도 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 학과에서는 항공서비스 교육을 위한 기내서비스물품 등 기자재와 실습실에 더욱 신경을 써야 할 것이고, 학교는 기숙사와 휴식공간 그리고 학생들을 위한 편의시설에더 관심을 갖고 준비해야 할 것이다. 이와 함께 우수한 교육 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 취업을 위해 학과에서는항공사와 관련된 다양한 취업정보를 제공하고, 진로상담, 취업설명회, 취업캠프 등 다양한 프로그램의 기회를 만들어야 할 것을 제언한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to help college students in their career path and employment by identifying detailed factors of educational service quality to improve major satisfaction of aviation service students and factors affecting career attitude and maturity. The subjects of this study were students of aviation service-related departments. Two-year and four-year universities across the country were selected, and a total of 210 direct input questionnaires were applied to the final analysis. As a result of the analysis for hypothesis testing, it was found that the higher the educational facility factors, reputation factors, professor factors, and job support factors among educational service quality, the higher the major satisfaction level, and the major satisfaction level had a significant effect on career attitude maturity. As for the relationship between educational service quality and career attitude maturity, the higher the global support factor, employment support factor, and reputation factor among educational service quality, the higher the degree of determinism. Also, the higher the department operation factor, employment support factor, professor factor, and educational facility factor, the higher the confidence level. It was confirmed that the higher the employment support factor, education factor, and educational facility factor, the higher the independence. Departments will have to pay more attention to equipment and practice rooms, such as in-flight service supplies for aviation service education, and schools will need to pay more attention to dormitories, rest areas, and convenience facilities for students.
