외식전공대학생들의 창업의도에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

A Study on the Determinants of the Intention toward Start-Up as Perceived by University Students Major in Foodservice Management

Current study conducted to the effect of educational element and organizational element on self efficacy as well as entrepreneurial intention among university students. Developed online survey was employed after confirming the validity test through pretest, and total 400 students who are interested in start-up or taking a class related to start-up between March, 2021 to July. Total, 368 students were used for data analysis after removing the insincere respondents. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and Structural Equation Model by using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 to identify the hypothesis. Results are as followed. Frist, educational element and organizational element have significantly influenced on self efficacy. Second, the only educational element has significantly influenced on entrepreneurial intention. Last, the self efficacy was significant antecedent of entrepreneurial intention. These founding will provide more specific and meaningful information to develop various education program for encouraging start-up course work in university.
