K-POP 여자가수의 메이크업 분석 연구

This study aims to help identify the current makeup trend in Korea and present a new makeup design for K-POP female singers by analyzing the makeup of K-POP female singers who are gaining popularity beyond Korea and leading the trend. As for the research method and scope, 14 K-POP female singers who were listed on Social chart 2.0, the social media popularity chart, provided by Gaon Chart were selected. And subjects satisfying two or more conditions among more than 100 million YouTube music videos were viewed as of March 2022 and more than #3 digital weekly charts were selected. After collecting 126 teasers, music videos, music shows, and official SNS photos released after 2019, 60 photos were selected, and secondly, 5 photos each 7 people with 5 years or more of makeup experience and 5 doctors or higher in beauty major were finally selected. As design factors for makeup analysis divided into the shape, color, and texture by referring to previous studies. Shape and color of eyebrow, eyeshadow, eyeline, cheek, and lip, texture of skin, eyeshadow, and lip are selected for makeup analysis. As a result of the study, in terms of the shape, angular eyebrow, inner corner highlighted eyeshadow, upward eyeline, diagonal cheek, out curve lip were the most common. In terms of color, YR/Dl for eyebrow, R/Dl for eyeshadow, black for eyeline, YR/P for cheek, and R/S for lip were the most common. In terms of texture, shimmer skin, matte eyeshadow, and glossy lip were the most common. Through this, we have been able to grasp the makeup trends for exaggerated forms, natural colors, and glossy textures, and we hope that a comprehensive study of makeup analysis and further hair and fashion by more diverse K-POP female singers will be conducted in the future.
