미용전공대학생의 그릿이 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study is to understand the effects of grit on career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of cosmetology students, and also to provide useful information and future direction of career design for the career preparation of cosmetology students. From October 5th 2021 to October 31st 2021, this study conducted the online Google survey targeting the cosmetology students in regions other than Seoul and the capital area. Total 404 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Using the SPSS 23.0 Statistical Program, the collected data was analyzed through the frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. In the results of the analysis, the grit, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior of cosmetology students showed correlations. In the results of the multiple regression analysis, when the grit was higher, the career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior were high. And when the career decision-making self-efficacy was higher, the career preparation behavior was also high. As the grit has effects on career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior, in order to increase the career preparation behavior of cosmetology students who prepare for their career, it would be necessary to develop the educational programs suitable for the conceptual understanding and level of grit and career decision-making self-efficacy.
