The facial features, which determine the appearance of the face, are the part of the body that faces the first impression of a person. Face-disabled people who are active in ordinary daily life not only have a narrower range of life due to other people’s different views, but also have a passive personality. Facial disorders include congenital disorders and acquired disorders. Physical disabilities caused by congenital disabilities at birth or acquired thoughts receive more attention than non-disabled people. Due to Corona 19, people with microtia are experiencing discomfort from wearing a mask, and they have no choice but to endure the discomfort caused by facial disorders. Therefore, in this study, the purpose of this study is to suggest the possibility of restoring the shape of the facial disorder area by using special prosthetic makeup in the shape of artificial ears, eyes, and noses in the cosmetic aspect. As a study method, special makeup for prosthetics in a movie is not only made of a face mask, but also a part or the whole body of a character created by the scenario is designed and produced. In some cases, the process of making use of reality through prosthetic makeup was considered to produce various shapes of ears, eyes, and noses due to the skeletal transformation of the face shape or the shape transformation of the facial features. Through this, the makeup process and materials used to restore the facial shape through the application of special makeup prosthetics that play a functional role in the cosmetic aspect for the disabled who are in an environment where surgery cannot be performed due to the production of artificial ears in special makeup was presented. In a follow-up study, it is thought that the sophistication of the special makeup major has enough potential to be used collaboratively not only in the film industry but also in various fields.
