간호대학생의 그릿, 자기주도학습능력, 우울감이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향
The Effects of Grit, Self-Directed Learning Ability and Depression on Adjustment to College Life in Nursing Students

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 그릿, 자기주도학습능력, 우울이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 대학생활적응에 미치는 요인을 확인하는 것이다. 연구의 자료수집 기간은 2022년 3월 1일부터 31일까지 이루어졌다. 연구참여에 동의한 간호대학생에게 구조화 설문지를 URL을 통해 배부하였고, 총 201명의 응답을 최종 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 통해 대상자의 일반적 특성과 대상자의 그릿, 자기주도학습능력, 우울, 대학생활적응의 정도는 빈도, 백분율 및 각 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 대학생활적응의 차이는 독립 T검정과 일원분산분석을 사용하였고, 사후검증으로 Scheffe’ test를 실시하였다. 대상자의 그릿, 자기주도학습능력, 우울, 대학생활적응 간의 관계는 Pearson's Corelation Coefficients를 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 간호대학생들의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기주도학습능력(β= .61, p< .01)과 우울(β=- .12, p=. 03)로 총 설명력은 46%였다. 따라서 간호학과 학생들의 대학생활적응력을 향상시키기 위해서는 우울감을 관리하고 자기주도적 학습능력을 강화하고 발전시키는 전략 개발이 필요하다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate grit, self-directed learning ability and depression which influence adjustment to college life in nursing students. Methods: The sample consisted of 201 students were recruited from nursing department in A city. Structured questionnaire was self-administrated from March 1 to 31, 2022. Data were analyzed through the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The factors that influenced nursing students' adaptation to college life are self-directed learning ability (β= .61, p< .01) and depression (β=- .12, p= .03). The total explanatory power was 46%. Conclusions: It was found that self-directed learning ability and depression were influencing factors in nursing Adjustment to College Life. Therefore, to improve nursing students’ adaptation to college life, strategies to manage the depression, and to strengthen and develop self-directed learning ability need to be developed.
