프로티언 경력태도와 무경계 경력태도가 경력성공에 미치는 영향: 자기주도학습의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of protean career attitude and boundaryless career attitude on the career success by mediating self-directed learning, as focusing on employees of companies with less than 300 employees in Korea. By utilizing convenient sampling, this study selected 219 workers. In order to verify research inquiries, this study used SPSS statistics program, and AMOS statistics program. The findings are as follows. First, it was found that the protean career attitude and the boundaryless career attitude had a positive effect on self-directed learning. Second, it was found that protean career attitude, boundaryless career attitude, and self-directed learning had a positive effect on subjective career success. Third, as a result of confirming the influence of Protean career attitude, boundaryless career attitude, and self-directed learning on objective career success, boundaryless career attitude and self-directed learning had a positive effect on objective career success. Fourth, the mediating effect of self-directed learning was confirmed in the process in which the Protean career attitude and the boundaryless career attitude affect career success. Individuals need to have a new career attitude that matches their individual values in order to achieve career success. In addition, it is necessary to achieve subjective career success by cultivating the ability of self-directed learning.
