민들레 잎 추출물의 항산화 효능에 관한 연구

윤택한 생활수준의 4차 산업혁명 시대를 사는 현대인은 건강에 대한 인식이 날로 증가함에 따라 수명 연장과 건강증진을 위해 부단히 노력하고 있으며, 노화억제, 질병방지, 생리효능 등의 관심 고조는 항산화물 개발에 관심을 기울이게 한다. 인공 합성 화장품이 지닌 많은 부작용과 위험성의 대안으로 항산화물은 현재 화장품이나 미용, 의학, 식생활 등 여러 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 심층 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 인공 화합물을 대체할 천연물 개발의 차원에서 민들레 잎(TPL)에 대한 항산화 효능을 검증하여 천연화장품 원료로서의 가능성 유무를 검증하고자 민들레 잎을 동결 건조 후 분말화하여 증류수에 희석한 후 실험을 진행하였다. 실험방법은 TPL에 대한 DPPH radical 소거능과 ABTS radical 소거능 측정을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 모든 농도에서 의존적인 증가 양상을 나타내었다. DPPH radical 소거능은 10㎍/㎖ 10.19±2.70%에서 100㎍/㎖ 70.31±6.57%로 급격히 증가하였고 ABTS radical 소거능에서도 10㎍/㎖ 7.72±1.55%에서 100㎍/㎖ 73.36±2.41%로 급격히 증가 현산을 보여 항산화 효능이 규명되었다. 본 연구를 통해 TPL은 인체에 무해(無害)하고 높은 수익 창출의 기대효과를 지닌 천연물 화장품 개발을 위한 소재로써 가능성이 확인되었으며, 더불어 민들레 잎의 항산화 효능에 관한 후속 연구에도 발판을 마련하리라 사료된다.
Abstract
Modern people living in the era of the 4th industrial revolution with affluent living standards are constantly striving to extend life span and improve health as awareness of health increases day by day. focus on development. Antioxidants are currently widely used in various fields such as cosmetics, beauty, medicine, and diet, but it is time to study in depth as an alternative to many side effects and risks of artificial synthetic cosmetics. Therefore, this study aims to verify the possibility of the potential as a raw material for natural cosmetics by verifying the antioxidant efficacy of dandelion leaves (TPL) in the development of natural products to replace artificial compounds. As for the experimental method, DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity were measured for TPL, and as a result, dependent increase patterns were shown at all concentrations. Antioxidant efficacy has been elucidated. Through this study, the possibility of TPL as a material for the development of natural cosmetic products that is harmless to the human body and has a high profit-generating effect was confirmed. In addition, it is considered that a foothold will be laid for follow-up studies on the antioxidant efficacy of dandelion leaves.
