워드 클라우드 기법을 활용한 장애인체육 관련 법 분석과 함의

이 연구는 워드 클라우드 기법을 활용하여 국내 장애인체육 관련 법을 분석하고 함의점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 장애인체육 관련 법을분석하기 위해 국내 체육 관련 법률 3개(국민체육진흥법, 스포츠기본법, 체육인복지법)와 장애인체육 관련 법률(발의) 2개(장애인체육진흥법, 장애인체육지원법)를 2023년 3월 기준으로 수집하였다. 자료처리는 Netminer 프로그램(Version 4.5.0, Cyram)을 이용하여 구조화되어 있지 않은 단어를 정제하여 공출현빈도와 연결 중심성을 산출한 후, 워드 클라우드를 통해 핵심단어를 시각화하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국민체육진흥법의 주요 키워드와 워드 클라우드를 분석한 결과 가장 높은 빈도수를 보인 키워드는 체육, 개정, 문화, 사업 등의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠기본법의 주요 키워드와 워드 클라우드를 분석한 결과 가장 높은 빈도수를 보인 키워드는 스포츠, 국가, 시책, 지방자치단체 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육인복지법의 주요 키워드와 워드 클라우드를 분석한 결과 가장 높은 빈도수를 보인 키워드는 체육인, 체육, 법, 유공자, 지원 등의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애인체육진흥법안 주요 키워드와 워드 클라우드를 분석한 결과 가장 높은 빈도수를 보인키워드는 장애, 장애인체육, 지방자치단체, 시설, 체육 등의 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 장애인체육지원법안 주요 키워드와 워드 클라우드를 분석한 결과 가장 높은 빈도수를 보인 키워드는 장애인체육, 지방자치단체, 장애, 체육, 시설 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 국내 장애인체육 관련 법령을 분석하여 장애인체육의 법률적 기반에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있을 것이며, 국내 장애인체육 관련 법의 현황과 실태를파악하여 효과적인 법적 과제를 모색하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and reach an agreement in domestic laws that are enforced on comprehensive sport acts and are enforcing on disability sport bills. In order to analyze the domestic laws, the researcher was collected three domestic sports-related acts (National Sports Promotion Act, Sports Basic Act, and Sports Welfare Act) and two sports-related bills for the disabled (Disability Sports Promotion Bill and Disability Sports Support Bill). Accordingly data processing was performed by refining unstructured words using the Netminer program (Version 4.5.0, Cyram) for calculating a co-occurrence and degree centrality and also visualizing key words through word cloud method. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the main keywords and word clouds of the National Sports Promotion Act, the main keywords were consisted of sport, amendment, culture, and business etc. Second, as a result of analyzing the main keywords and word clouds of the Sport Basic Act, the main keywords were consisted of sport, nation, policy, and local governments etc. Third, as a result of analyzing the main keywords and word clouds of the Sports Welfare Act, the main keywords were consisted of athlete, physical education, law, honorable for person, and support etc. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the major keywords and word clouds of the Disability Sports Promotion Bill, the main keywords were consisted of disability, disability sports, local govern ments, facility, and sports etc. Fifth, as a result of analyzing the main keywords and word clouds of the Disability Sports Support Bill, the main keywords were consisted of disability sport, local governments, disability, sport, and facility etc.
