The purpose of this study is to understand how college students perceive start-up education according to three division: nursing, health, and other general departments To this end, individual characteristics were divided into self-efficacy, extroversion, and conscientiousness, and entrepreneurship education was divided into entrepreneurship education preference and entrepreneurship education satisfaction. As a result of the study, compared to other departments, health students did not prefer entrepreneurship education and their satisfaction level was low. In addition, it was found that there was a moderating effect according to the division in the relationship between individual characteristics and satisfaction with entrepreneurship education. Specifically, extroversion had a complete moderating effect depending on the department, self-efficacy had a moderating effect in general departments and health departments, and conscientiousness had a moderating effect in general departments and nursing departments. Therefore, it is necessary to create systematic entrepreneurship education that can satisfy students of all departments by creating different education programs according to the departments so that all departments can prefer them. This study has implications in that it found out the influence relationship between the preference and satisfaction of entrepreneurship education according to the individual characteristics of university students, and also revealed that there is a moderating effect according to the division in analyzing the relationship between them.
