In order to dynamically respond to a rapidly changing business environment and secure competitiveness, the organizational effectiveness of members who are responsible for creating organizational performance is important. This study focused on organizational culture at the organizational level and self-leadership at the individual level as major factors that improve organizational effectiveness of organizational members. Accordingly, this study verified the interaction of sub-variables of organizational culture on the self-leadership and organizational effectiveness of organizational members. In this study, in order to achieve the research purpose, the established research hypothesis was verified through the survey results of 191 people working at domestic companies. It was confirmed that organizational culture acts as a major factor in improving organizational effectiveness and self-leadership. The self-leadership of members, who are the executors of the organization, showed a mediating effect between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. It is necessary to re-establish the organizational culture in line with the trends of the times so that organizational members can independently improve self-leadership and organizational effectiveness. There is a need for ways to revitalize organizational culture, re-establish systems, education programs, and strategic management measures that can improve organizational effectiveness by demonstrating self-leadership of members who are responsible for implementing organizational performance. The organization's executives, managers, and working-level managers need to re-establish a plan to revitalize a differentiated organizational culture that matches the characteristics of the organization in accordance with the trends of the times. The establishment and continuity of implementation of a new advancement plan for organizational culture to improve organizational members' self-leadership and organizational effectiveness can be said to be the ultimate implementation strategy for advancing the organization's sustainable management.

Abstract
