베트남 유학생의 한국어 수준과 한국관광에 대한 행동의도와의 영향관계: 계획행동이론을 중심으로

본 연구는 베트남 유학생의 한국관광에 대한 행동의도를 계획행동이론을 적용하여 알아보고베트남 유학생의 한국어 수준의 조절효과에 따라 계획행동이론의 각 변인에 미치는 영향력을 검증하였다. 베트남 유학생의 한국어 수준은 한국어능력시험(TOPIK)의 점수를 기준으로 언어능력을 분류하였다. 연구조사는 국내 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 베트남 유학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 312부의 설문지가연구의 자료로 활용되었다. 연구 분석결과, 베트남 유학생의 한국관광에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된행동통제는 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 베트남 유학생의 한국어 수준(TOPIK)에 따라 한국관광에대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제와 행동의도는 유의한 영향력을 가지고 조절됨이 입증되었다. 본연구의 결과는 국내 베트남 유학생을 대상으로 한 국내관광에 대한 마케팅 및 홍보전략의 자료로 사용 될수 있으며 국내 대학에서 베트남 유학생을 효과적으로 관리하는데 필요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 후속연구로 국내의 여러 지역에서 공부하는 베트남 유학생을 연구대상으로 조사할 필요가 있다. 또한 한국어수준과 관광활동과 관련하여 다양한 국적의 유학생들을 대상으로 한 조사가 필요하며 본 연구에서 사용된한국어능력검정시험 점수 외 다른 커뮤니케이션 능력을 고려하여 연구를 확장하길 제안한다.
Abstract
The study applies the Theory of Planned Behavior to examine the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control on Korean tourism intentions among Vietnamese international students at domestic universities. It also investigates the role of the students' proficiency in the Korean language in this relationship. A survey was conducted over approximately four weeks among Vietnamese international students who are enrolled in 4-year domestic universities, and a total of 312 valid survey responses collected as research data. As a result, this study substantiates that the Korean language proficiency (TOPIK) of Vietnamese international students, within the context of their studies in South Korea, plays a significant role in moderating the impact of attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and intentions re lated to Korean tourism. The outcomes of this research aim to provide insights into how the Korean language proficiency of Vietnamese international students impacts their engagement in Korean tourism. These insights can be used to develop marketing and promotional strategies for potential Vietnamese tourists and serve as foundational data for domestic universities in effectively managing Vietnamese international students.
