Amid rapid changes in the global environment, companies are striving to implement new sustainable management models for survival and growth. In the case of small and medium-sized businesses, the management philosophy and ideology of management, which is responsible for making decisions, acts as a more important factor than anything else. Accordingly, in this study, the need for research on entrepreneurship and dynamic competency was required as a factor affecting management performance, which is expressed as a corporate sustainability result. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study empirically analyzed the perceptions of organizational members of small and medium-sized companies who participated in the 2023 workplace innovation project consulting and the factors that influence management's entrepreneurship on dynamic competency and management performance. In this study, in order to verify the research hypothesis established according to the research model, the research hypothesis was verified through the survey results of 171 people. First, entrepreneurship had a positive effect on dynamic competency, so Hypothesis 1 was accepted. Second, Hypothesis 2, entrepreneurship had a positive effect on management performance. Third, dynamic competency were analyzed to be statistically significant in management performance, and Hypothesis 3 was adopted. This empirical analysis shows that improvement in management performance is achieved through the entrepreneurship demonstrated by management and the dynamic competency of organizational members. Accordingly, it was necessary to re-establish an organizational culture that could be continuously implemented, as well as to develop a program that could demonstrate dynamic competency and to re-establish a human resource management system accordingly.
