본 연구는 가치기반수용모델(VAM)을 적용하여 항공사 기술기반 셀프서비스의 지각된 혜택과 희생이 지각된 가치 및 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고 지속적으로 발전하고 있는 기술기반셀프서비스의 긍정적⋅부정적인 양면적인 측면이 이용자의 행동의도에 미치는 관계를 파악하여 항공사에서 적극 수용하고 장기적으로 활용하게 될 기술기반 셀프서비스를 효과적으로 사용하며 확립하고자 하는것에 목적을 두었다. 본 연구를 검증하기 위해서 항공사 기술기반 셀프서비스의 이용 경험이 있는 내국인이용자를 대상으로 2023년 12월 16일부터 12월 31일까지 설문조사를 진행하였고 최종 251부의 응답이분석에 활용되었다. 분석에는 SPSS, AMOS 통계 프로그램을 활용하였으며 분석 결과 첫째, 항공사 기술기반 셀프서비스의 지각된 혜택의 요인인 유용성은 지각된 가치에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 신뢰성, 즐거움은 지각된 가치에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술기반 셀프서비스의 지각된 희생의요인인 개인침해는 지각된 가치에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 기술의 복잡성, 인지된 스트레스는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 항공사에서 적극적으로 수용하고 있는기술기반 셀프서비스의 지속적인 이용의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하여 효율적인 기술 관리 방안과 마케팅 전략을 제안함으로써, 항공사 기술기반 셀프서비스가 발전하고 안정적으로 확립할 수 있는 차별화된시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between the perceived benefits and sacrifices of airline technology-based self-service(TBSS) and their effects on perceived value and continued usage in tention, applying the Value-Based Acceptance Model(VAM). It seeks to understand the dual aspects—both positive and negative—of the continuously evolving TBSS and its impact on user behavior intentions, with the goal of effectively implementing and establishing TBSS in airlines for long-term utilization. To validate the study, a survey was conducted among domestic users with experience in using airline TBSS from December 16 to December 31, 2023, and a total of 251 responses were analyzed. Statistical programs SPSS and AMOS were used for the analysis. The results revealed that, first, the perceived benefits of TBSS, such as usefulness, had a significant positive effect on perceived value, while reliability and enjoyment did not have an impact. Second, perceived sacrifices of TBSS, such as privacy infringement, significantly negatively affected perceived value, whereas the complexity of technology and perceived stress did not show a sig nificant impact. Through these findings, this study aims to identify the factors influencing the continued usage intention of TBSS actively adopted by airlines and to propose efficient technology management and market ing strategies, offering differentiated insights for the development and stable establishment of airline TBSS.
