한국국제협력단(KOICA) CTS 프로그램 활용을 통한 창업기업의 글로벌 진출 전략: 창업생태계 이론의 적용

This study analyzes startups seeking overseas expansion through the CTS program of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), an Official Development Assistance (ODA) project, by applying the theory of entrepreneurial ecosystems. The ODA contributes to economic growth and quality job creation in developing countries. Korea became a member of the OECD DAC in 2010, which marked its leap to become a developed donor country. Currently, South Korea is actively engaged in international development cooperation with focus on Asia and Africa. In particular, the Creative Technology Solution (CTS) program of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) helps startups contribute to economic development and job creation in developing countries using innovative technologies. However, although this program focuses on solving social issues in developing countries and matches startups oriented towards problem-solving, there are several areas for improvement. The study analyzes the global expansion cases of Korean startups utilizing this program and provides insights based on entrepreneurial ecosystem theory that suggest improvements. This research provides useful information for entrepreneurs, policymakers, and academics and hopefully will contribute to the creation of successful global strategies.
