Z세대의 그릿, 성장 마인드셋과 취업 준비 행동 간의 관계 연구

The purpose of this study aims to identify the relationship among grit, growth mindset and job preparation behaviors of college students majoring in Dental Hygiene, Early Childhood Education, and Airline Service. For the empirical analysis of this study, a face-to-face survey was conducted over approximately two weeks from 1st of October 2023 to college students in I City, Jeonbuk Province. The data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program, frequency analysis, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicates that Grit showed a significant positive correlation with both Growth Mindset and Job Preparation Behavior, and Growth Mindset also demonstrates a significant positive correlation with Job Preparation Behavior. The implications of this study suggest that considering the characteristics of Generation Z, colleges need to develop programs that allow students to experience both success and failure through various processes during their studies. These experiences should help students build confidence in setting their career paths and future goals. Additionally, this study proposes that professors should recognize that students' Grit and Growth Mindset can be acquired and developed through education and that it is crucial to develop strategies that can be applied to curriculum management and student guidance.
