자동차부품제조 중소기업용 ESG 경영실천 프레임워크 개발:PDCA 모형을 기반으로

The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for the implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) management at the SME level in the automotive parts manufacturing industry. In recent years, ESG management has emerged as a key factor for companies to pursue sustainable management and create business value, especially in large corporations. However, SMEs face challenges in implementing ESG management and there is a lack of systematic solutions to these challenges. In order to develop an ESG management practice framework suitable for SMEs in automotive parts manufacturing, this study collected and analysed ESG management practice indicators derived from previous studies and proposed a framework using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model through a survey of five experts. In addition, 15 experts were surveyed using the Delphi technique to validate the proposed framework. The ESG management practice framework proposed in this study consists of 23 reference indicators and 97 performance indicators, the content validity of which was confirmed. In order to enable SMEs to implement ESG management practices themselves, the framework is divided into planning, implementation and control stages, and specific implementation methods are presented that should be considered in practice. The ESG Management Practice Framework, which is the result of this study, can help SMEs in the automotive supply industry to implement ESG management in a systematic and sustainable way by providing guidelines.
