LINC사업 정보공유 플랫폼 성공요인 분석:델파이와 IPA 기법을 활용하여

The purpose of this study is to derive the success factors of the industry-academic cooperation information sharing platform established through the LINC(Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation) project and to suggest the direction of its operation. Success factors were categorized into organizational, institutional, technical, and external cooperative aspects. Initially, 64 success factors were identified from related previous studies, and an additional 72 factors were identified through a Delphi panel consisting of 22 experts. After confirming 41 factors through the second Delphi survey, the results were derived through IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis). As a result of the analysis, in the second quadrant (concentrated effort orientation), four factors appeared, including the sustainable working environment of industry-academic cooperation-related personnel, in terms of organization, and in terms of institution, it was confirmed by the establishment of a ISP(Information Strategic Planning) at the university level. In addition, in terms of technology, platform stability was found, and in terms of external cooperation, three factors were identified, including the formation of a consensus on creating platform value for industry-academic cooperation members. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable information for the establishment and operation of the LINC project's information-sharing platform.
