우리나라 수출제조기업의 DX 시대 위험관리 역량이 국제 인증 활용 및 지속가능 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구

In the recent global business environment, export manufacturing companies are leveraging international certifications to enhance supply chain efficiency and expand their competitive edge in global markets. However, in the digital transformation(DX) era, these companies face risks associated with information accessibility and uncertainty during international collaboration and certification acquisition processes. This study aims to analyze the impact of South Korean export manufacturing companies' DX era risk management capability on the level of international certification utilization and sustainable business performance. The data for this research were collected through structured questionnaires centered around the member list of the Korea Trade Association and professional trade companies. Over a period of two months, 1,300 questionnaires were distributed both online and offline, of which 170 were retrieved. Excluding 18 inattentive responses, 152 were used for empirical analysis. The results of this study confirm the positive impact of DX era risk management capability on sustainable business performance and the mediating role of international certifications. These findings emphasize the necessity of DX era risk management and the utilization of international certifications for South Korean export manufacturing companies to sustain growth.
