디지털 전환의 환경변화에 따른 정책방향의 비교 연구

In order to respond to the rapid changes in the policy environment, such as the expansion of digital innovation and digital technology advancement to the entire industry and society, policy governance is needed to strengthen national competitiveness through digital growth organizations and policies and to promote the transformation of the economic and industrial system. Despite the fact that our country is a world-class manufacturing powerhouse, the conditions and progress for digital transformation (DT), one of the most urgent industrial policies, are still sluggish. Therefore, in order to accelerate DT in Korea, it is important to expand policy momentum by focusing on fostering human resources, supporting an ecosystem for promoting public-private cooperation in DT, and building a platform to reduce initial investment costs based on a change in corporate awareness by examining the responses of major overseas countries. Therefore, it should analyze the current status of public governance in major countries overseas to contribute to establishing our own policy governance to respond to the comprehensive DT of industry and society. In this study, it will be compared and analyzed the current status of policy governance in major countries in response to changes in the digital technology environment, derive implications for Korea, and present a digital policy direction suitable for Korea based on this, focusing on government policy areas.
