간호대학생의 진로 준비 행동에 영향을 주는 요인

The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence career preparation behaviors among nursing students to help them prepare for successful employment. The subjects of this study are 3~4 year nursing students 100 who understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify factors that influence nursing students' career preparation behaviors. In terms of motivation for choosing a major, job stress was higher than aptitude and interest (t=3.97, p= .02). Females had higher social support than males (t= .97, p= .03), and middle school had higher social support than other (F=3.48, p= .02). Career preparation behaviors were higher in middle school than in others (F=3.38, p= .02), and career preparation behaviors were higher in advanced general hospitals than in general hospitals (F=8.32, p< .01) in terms of desired field after graduation. Factors that influenced nursing students' career preparation behaviors were post-graduation career field (advanced general hospitals) (β= .35, p< .01), social support (β= .47 p< .01), and grit (β= .21 p= .04). Therefore, in order to promote career preparation behaviors among nursing students, it is recommended that students should be provided with various information and resources necessary for career preparation so that they can set long-term goals for themselves and systematically prepare for employment with enthusiasm and determination, and that they should be counseled by professors to strengthen their social support system.
