대학신입생 진로교육 프로그램이 창업 및 구직준비에 미치는 영향

The Impact of Career Education Programs for College Freshmen on Preparation for Starting a Business and Finding a Job* Juseuk Kim** Abstract: The purpose of this study is to practically verify the significant effectiveness of a career education program for college freshmen in preparing for starting a business and finding a job. For this purpose, a comparative analysis was conducted of the career education program students. As an analysis method, the effectiveness of the college career education program was analyzed through comparative analysis of averages and standard deviations for the first and second semesters, correlation analysis, and paired-sample t-tests. The results of this study are as follows. First, the entrepreneurship aptitude test, job search readiness test, and job search preparation behavior test all showed upward changes. Second, among the sub-factors of job search readiness, the sub-factors of employment information collection and use, self-efficacy, adaptability to social vulnerability, ability to fluidize career, and self-esteem all increased. This study suggests the importance of university administrators introducing various career education programs and analyzing their effectiveness so that statistically significant results can be obtained.
