물리치료 전공 학생을 위한 헬스케어 창업교육 과정 개발 연구

The objective of this study is to startup education Strategies to help physical therapy students successfully establish startups in the healthcare Sector. Therefore, we conducted an analytic hierarchy process with 25 experts, including physical therapy professors, startup consultants, and healthcare startup entrepreneurs, and analyzed the core educational modules of startup education and the relative significance of elements of educational content. According to the analysis results, the development of startup competencies was identified as the most important educational element, while among the specific educational elements, fundraising methods, building and utilizing networks, commercial area analysis and site selection, commercialization strategy, and entrepreneurial spirit and leadership showed a high level of significance. Some of the practical business elements also showed a high level of significance, including business feasibility analysis, corporate management strategy, and startup regulations, suggesting that healthcare startup education needs to focus on executive ability and strategy-building capacity. The responses across the different expert groups showed a shared emphasis on practical competencies, including commercial area analysis and site selection, fundraising methods, building and utilizing networks, and business strategy building. Moreover, a common opinion was derived that healthcare education should focus on practical skills required through the stages of starting a business. This study proposes how to customized startup education courses that reflects job characteristics for physical therapy students and the distinct characteristics of the startup environment in the healthcare Sector.
