초록
This study clarifies the scope and types of excess resources within value networks and discusses as well as empirically tests the relationships between excess resources and firms’ market performance, while also exploring the moderating effect of resource vulnerability. The results suggest that: (1) resource synergy has a significant positive effect on firms’ market performance; (2) network resources have a significantly positive effect on firms’ market performance; (3) knowledge spillover has a significantly positive effect on firms’ market performance; and (4) resource vulnerability significantly and negatively moderates the relationships between network resources and firms’ market performance, wheres no significant negative moderating effect is found in the relationship between resource synergy and firms’ market performance.
