To this end, a valid sample of 292 hotel employees was analyzed and multiple regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 29.0. The results are as follows. First, among the "ESG implementation barriers," "formalism" and "limitations in human resource management" were found to have a positive (+) effect on job stress. Second, among the "ESG implementation barriers," only "limitations in human resource management" was found to have a significant (+) positive effect on burnout. Third, job stress was found to have a significant (+) positive effect on turnover intention. Fourth, burnout was found to have a significant (+) positive effect on turnover intention. Finally, among the "ESG implementation barriers," "rigid communication" and "limitations in human resource management" were found to have a significant (+) positive effect on turnover intention. The main purpose of these research results is to provide strategic implications for effectively promoting ESG activities in the hotel industry and to suggest management directions for improving employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
