간호대학생을 위한 서비스디자인 기반 간호·영양 교육 프로그램 개발: 융합적 사고 중심으로

본 연구는 서비스디자인 기반 접근을 간호·영양 교육에 접목하여 학습자의 대상자 중심적 사고와 자기주도적 학습을 촉진할 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 프로그램은 공감지도와 퍼소나 기법을 활용하여 학습자가 대상자의 신체적, 정신적 요구를 구조화하고 질환별 맞춤형 영양 간호를 설계하도록 구성되었으며 패들렛과 멘티미터를 결합하여 참여와 상호작용을 촉진하도록 설계하였다. 성인간호 임상경력 간호사와 성인간호학 교수를 포함한 6인의 전문가가 내용타당도 평가에 참여하였고, 그 결과 전체 척도 수준 평균 내용타당도 지수는 1.00으로 나타났다. 전문가들은 서비스디자인의 적용을 혁신적이고 교육적으로 의미 있는 시도로 평가하였으며, 임상 적용 가능성과 교육적 의의를 긍정적으로 언급하였다. 일부 보완 의견은 주차별 학습량의 균형, 실습 시간 조정, 이론 강의 보강 등에 반영되었다. 본 연구는 기존 지식 전달 중심의 영양교육 한계를 보완할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하며, 서비스디자인 기반 접근이 간호교육에서 대상자 중심 간호를 구체화할 수 있는 전략임을 시사한다. 특히 본 프로그램은 학습자가 질환별 특성과 대상자의 삶의 맥락을 통합적으로 고려하도록 설계되어 임상 적용성이 높은 실천적 사고를 강화하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 향후 실제 학습자를 대상으로 한 효과 검증과 다양한 임상 영역으로의 확장이 필요하다.
Abstract
This study developed and validated a Service Design-based nursing and nutrition education program aimed at fostering student-centered thinking and self-directed learning. The program applied Empathy Maps and Persona techniques to help students structure the physical and psychological needs of clients and design tailored nutrition care plans. Padlet and Mentimeter were integrated to promote learner participation and interaction throughout the learning process. Content validity was evaluated by six experts, including three clinical nurses and three faculty members in adult nursing. The results showed an item-level CVI average of 1.00, indicating sufficient content validity. Experts emphasized the innovative and educational significance of applying Service Design to nutrition management and acknowledged its clinical applicability. Suggestions for improvement, such as balancing weekly workload, adjusting practice time, and reinforcing theoretical lectures, were incorporated into program refinement. These findings suggest that Service Design can provide a strategic framework to enhance student-centered and context-oriented nursing education, addressing the limitations of knowledge-focused approaches. In particular, the program is designed to help students integrate disease-specific characteristics with the broader life context of clients, thereby strengthening practical and clinically applicable decision-making skills. Future studies should explore the applicability and potential effectiveness of the program with students in diverse clinical contexts.
