연구목적:본 연구는 김포공항 식음료 매장을 대상으로 확장된 DINESERV 요인(음식품질, 환경품질, 상호작용, 가격공정성)이 고객만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 상호작용과 고객만족 간 관계에서 키오스크 편의성이 가지는 조절효과를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법:김포공항에서 식당(식음료 포함)을 이용한 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 223부의 유효 표본을 확보하였다. 그 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과:4개의 DINESERV 요인은 고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객만족은 재방문의도에 유의하게 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 키오스크 편의성은 상호작용이 고객만족 간에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 강화하는 조절효과로 작용함을 확인되었다. 시사점:본 연구는 전통적 서비스품질 요인과 디지털 편의성 요인을 통합한 스마트 서비스 품질 모형을 제시하여, 공항 식음료 서비스의 품질 관리와 디지털 전환 전략 수립에 실질적인 시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
Objective:This study aims to examine the effects of extended DINESERV factors on satisfaction and revisit intention at Gimpo Airport F&B outlets, and test kiosk convenience as a moderator. Methods:This study conducted a survey on customers who had used restaurants and food and beverage outlets at Gimpo International Airport, and a total of 223 valid responses were collected. Then, this study used SPSS 25.0 to analyze the collected data, and the proposed hypotheses were tested through regression analysis. Results:The four DINESERV factors had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction significantly influenced revisit intention. Furthermore, kiosk convenience showed a moderating effect, strengthening the positive relationship between interaction and customer satisfaction. Implications:This study provides practical implications for quality management and digital transformation strategies in airport food and beverage services by proposing a smart service quality model that integrates traditional service quality factors with digital convenience factors.
