고전머리 기반 헤어디자인 학습이 창의적 헤어디자인 역량에 미치는 영향

This study aims to empirically examine the effects of classical hair-based hair design learning on the creative hair design competency of beauty-major university students. A survey was conducted among students with experience in classical hair-based hair design learning, and the collected data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results identified four learning factors—interest, risk perception, belief, and intention—and three sub-factors of creative hair design competency: creative problem-solving ability, self-regulation ability, and design application ability. Correlation and regression analyses revealed that learning belief and interest had positive effects on creative hair design competency, whereas risk perception had negative effects on some sub-factors. These findings suggest that classical hair-based hair design learning is an effective educational approach for enhancing students’ creative problem-solving and design application abilities based on an understanding of traditional beauty elements. Furthermore, this study highlights the educational potential of practice-oriented instructional design utilizing traditional beauty education.
