消防行政上 火災·救急·救助活動과 卽時强制의 法的 檢討

This is Legal Review of the Immediate Coercion in Fire, Emergency Medical Service(EMS) & Rescue Administration. Currently, The demands for fire, EMS & rescue Administration services continue to increase. Although fire-fighting technologies develop, the accidents related with fire, EMS & rescue activities increase. Accordingly, the cases of immediate coercion for fire EMS & rescue activities and first aids increase on the spot, but remedies of people's loss of properties are insufficient due to the poor remedy system. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to codify criteria, scope and procedures of the reparation in the Framework Act on Fire Services, so that people's loss can be recovered at the market price. Moreover, it is also necessary to specify the immediate coercion related with EMS & rescue as well as its reparation in order to remedy people's loss of properties.
