Humanism can be summarized as a way of thinking and living based on trust and respect for human beings. In order for a corporation to change from being a mere machine intent on gaining profits to a moralistic and ethical agent, it should have reason always be on the side of morality and ethics. Then how the achievement of a corporation should be measured and when do we say it attains its goal? American Capitalism, based on the ethical view that human nature is essentially evil, an outlook of regarding human being as an untrustworthy animal, adopts the system of separation of three branches of government to keep the check and balance maintained. So as we see in the political arena or baseball games, whenever the check is not enough on the part of the pitcher, the runner always steal. And France in the past , although they believe in the values of freedom, equality, and philanthropy all coming from the trust in human beings, could not avoid the flooding of petty political parties and the consequent chaos due to the lack of check and balance. In this paper, after presenting an answer in my own way to the grand question of what a human being is, I argued that the problems of management can be solved through a thorough governmental supervision and control, the development of skills for furthering the consumer complaining system, the substantial elevation of educational level of businesses, and the psychological growth of civic mind. And I concluded that it terms of morality and ethics.
