제조물책임법 시행에 따른 기업의 대책－ 중부권의 기업을 중심으로 －

This study is to research the product liability(PL) on the enterprise's production activity, it's related theory, the trend of legal development of the PL Law and consumers' dissatisfaction with product. We have researched the PL Law(Product Liability Law), KS(Korean Indstrial Standards), ISO(International Organization for Standardization) system unification. The product liability system practices in major advanced nations. The product liability system classified by PL organization, product information disclosure liability, quality assurance liability, liability for injury compensation. product safety liability. This study is to research the PL law, which is effective form July 1st, 2002. This study is to Empirical research. First, unification for the PL, KS, Single PPM, and ISO is necessary to get the goal purpose of PL law. Second, cooperation of industry, academy research institute, government civilian organization and other related groups is reduce to reduction the cost of small and medium enterprises. Third, legal experts should be utilized for the stabilization of the PL law. Fourth, the settlement on the dispute, between the interested groups must be established by the allied agencies. Finally, the PL law should become indigenous to the industrial environment of korea, Studying the cases of foreign product liability law.
