벤처기업성장유형과 대기업의 특징이 협력유형에 미치는 영향

The main purpose of this study is in the pursuit of a way of survival together through cooperation of accumulated know-how management of large firms and a challenging spirit of venture firms as an empirical and exploratory study on impacts of collaboration pattern between growth stages of venture firms and characteristics of large firms. The results are as follows. First, The hypothesis was also adopted that collaboration pattern with large firms was going to have difference according to growth stage pattern of Venture Firms. In other words, the more venture firms grow, the more collaboration pattern by function increases, and as a type of outsourcing, cooperative investment, spin out and merger taken over decrease. Second, Characteristics of large firms will be have interaction effects between growth stage of venture firm and cooperation patterns. Lastly, this study has showed a practical meaning of an exploratorily revealed methodical frame and a study direction in the future.
