Career Stage as a Moderator of Career Plateauing Perceptions―Turnover Intention Relationship among Air Force Officers

This study examined the relationships between the perceptions on structural and content career plateau and turnover intention across two career stages in sample of 341 air force officers. The results indicated that both of structural and content career plateau perceptions had significant influence on turnover intention. Career stage moderated the only relationship between structrual career plateau perception and turnover intention. Finally, the implications and the limitations of this study were discussed.
