대학교 보험교육의 필요성과 중요성 -D대학의 설문지 조사를 중심으로-

The purpose of this paper is to find out the necessity and importance of university insurance education in Korea. For this analysis, questionnaire survey is done by one university's students. The student is classified into 3 groups: insurance major student; noninsurance major student who does not take any insurance courses; non-insurance major student who took one insurance subject. The questionnaire is surveyed in several areas such as the image of insurance itself and insurance company, the preference for insurance products and distribution channels, price sensitivity, and the necessity of insurance education. The correspondence analysis is also employed to find out difference among 3 groups in several areas. Based on the analysis, there are a lot of different aspects to students depending on the level of insurance education. Besides, most of the sample students feel the necessity and importance of university insurance education in Korea. The contribution of this paper is that it derives the necessity and importance of university insurance education in Korea for the first time, and might serve as a basis for the analysis of insurance education in Korea.
