벤처기업-대기업의 협력전략이 성과에 미치는 영향 : 벤처기업의 성장단계를 중심으로

A Study of Consumer Complant Attitude, Intention and Behavior on Restaurant

초록

Recently firms seek to strategic alliances, 'sleep with the enemy' in order to survive 'going concern.' The subject matter of this study focus on the performance on cooperation strategy between venture firm and large firm based on the growth stage of venture firm. It needs to the cooperation between partner firms in order to fulfill customer's needs. It means that the success or failure of cooperation firm depends on the success of all partner firms on the status of cooperative relationship, not that of a firm. It says that the cooperation between firms also called to 'the spiritual interchange between firms'. Therefore cooperation strategy between venture firm and large firm acts to accelerate the firm vision and market enlargement. The results of this study as follows: Hypothesis 1(As the growth stage of venture firms, cooperation strategy between venture firm and large firm will differ) was accepted. As the grower venture firms, the more strategic functional alliances, and the less joint venture, spin out, M&A. Hypothesis 2(The cooperation with large firm will affect the growth stage of venture firms and cooperation performance) was accepted. The grower of venture firms, the higher quantitative scale(the growth rate, ROI, and market share of venture firms) and qualitative scale(flexibility, cost, and product quality). The conclusion of this study presents to the strategic implications and the direction of future study.
