The Relationship between Operating Factors of Knowledge Management and the Business Performance focus on Korean Manufacturing Companies

Recently, many manufacturing companies try to reform the resources, especially human resources because of fitting the changing environment. That is the reason why knowledge management has very much attention in many companies, recent days. The operating factors of knowledge management are knowledge management process, human resources and information technology. The operating level of these factors will affect the process performance, human resource performance and information technology performance. This means that the higher level of operating process in knowledge management will enhance the higher process performance. The same is in case of human resources and information technology. If process performance is higher, business performance will be higher. The results were as we expected, but not in the case of information technology. The revised model was suggested. Human resource performance affected process performance, information technology performance and business performance. It will be helpful for the success implementation of knowledge management in Korean manufacturing companies.
