The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors successful in constructing ERP systems of automobile part manufactures. This study is the result of what factors affect the fruit of introduction and what factors ERP’ introduction has an influence on. * Assistant Professor, Department of International Trade, Dongeui University. ** Lecturer, Department of Business Administration, Dongkook University. Frist, the introduction of ERP system, organizational specific factor, has an positive influence on satisfaction, which is an outcome factor, the improvement of work-handling ability, work efficiency, and the product of information, but not on the product of growth. Secondly, the influential factor of ERP system’s introduction, which is an organizational specific factor, positively affects satisfaction, which is an outcome factor and improvement outcome of work handling ability. The outcomes of growth, work efficiency, and information do not reach up to the positive influence. Third, the environmental factor has a positive effect on satisfaction, results of the work-handling, growth, work efficiency and information. Fourth, information system factor has a positive effect on satisfaction and the results of work-handling, growth, work efficiency and information but not on product or growth. Last, organizational personnel, environmental and informational factors have no influence on informational factor depending on the scale of enterprise.
