기업의 경영혁신을 위한 제도개선에 관한 연구

This study is focusing on improving firm's systems for innovative management. It is made by analysis of existing related studies and trends, construction infra-structure over new systematic innovation and development, and making a good idea through several best cases, have been reviewing major firm's cases, tried on attempt to produce any new framework and concept effective out of traditional fixed thinking and recognition. As a result it was concluded as follows: in order to develop creative systems, first a focus have to put on all level of employees above all, second to be creative on one's organisational characteristic, which means it can be different according to nation, area, or age and style of industry.
