수출제조기업의 로지스틱스 역량과 기업성과의 관계

This research focuses on the relationships to performance of logistics capabilities. Researcher begins by grounding each independent construct in prior research in marketing, logistics, and then develop hypotheses from this review. Given the strategic focus of the research, it was decided to mail a questionnaire to the senior in Korean-based international firm. The total sampling frame included managers from 300 firms: 50 fully validated usable responses were received. To test my proposed model, multiple regression analysis was used to estimate the relationships between logistics capabilities and firm performance. The research findings reveal that demand focused capabilities(flexibility and responsiveness) were significantly related to firm performance.
