A Study on the Effectiveness and the Influence of Total Human Resource Management

Because of the unrealistic using of human resources in business organizations, employees feel dissatisfaction with their job and psychologic situation, and their deep troubles have a bad effect on the performance of the business. Therefore, The rapidly increasing of a using of human resource recently constitutes a big social problems. We should solve strongly these problems. In order to solve problems, though we try explore ways toward a research and institutional settlement in many sides. The purpose of the study is as follows; First, I identified practical patterns of total human resource management. Second, I verified that the efficient of total human resource management is related to corporate strategy. Third, I verified level of effectiveness of human resource management. The analysis techniques used for this study are as follows; For this research, the method of field survey was chosen. The subject were sampled from workers in the nation. The data were collected through self-administered questionnaire and the subjects evaluated the question items based on Likert‘s summated rating method scale. The results of this study allows the management to establish strategical human resource management. As employees are motivated for job satisfaction, as a results, the effectiveness of organization will be increased.
