An Empirical Study on the Effecting Factors of Corporate Entrepreneurship in Organizational Effectiveness : Focus on Moderator of Dynamic Environment and Personality of CEOYun, Jong-Lok*·Wi, Hong-Bog**·Choi, Kwang-Shin***This research proposed and tested a conceptual model that examined the difference between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational effectiveness. In addition, It examined the possible role of a dynamic environment and personality of CEO as moderating variable in the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational effectiveness.The result are as follows. First, a corporate entrepreneurship has influenced significantly to a organizational committment, job satisfaction, and creativity. Second, according to dynamic environment, a corporate entrepreneurship has influenced significantly to a organizational committment and job satisfaction, but has not influenced significantly to a creativity. Lastly, according to risk-taking of CEO, a corporate entrepreneurship has influenced significantly to a job satisfaction, but has not influenced significantly to an organizational committment and creativity. And a goal/need achievement of CEO is moderated to a corporate entrepreneurship and organizational effectiveness, but a authority of CEO is not moderated to that. Therefore, a variables of dynamic environment and personality of CEO have showed a role as moderator in the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship and organizational effectiveness.
