Intuitional Insight Approach to the Paradoxical Phenomena in Management

Paradoxical phenomena, like the Paradox of Thrift in economics, are inevitable in business administration. Some cases of profit related paradox are presented. Most of them are critical factors to decide the performance of a firm. So many paradoxes have been found, however, not yet explained by the existing methods in the management field. This malfunction of managerial approach is due to the limitation of analytical reasoning and models. This analytical method have been the fundamental of all sciences. We suggest an Intuitional Imagination & Insight(III) approach to tackle the paradoxical problems. The III is a kind of synthetic reasoning to understand the firms as a whole. We do not analyse the managerial components and functions of a firm. This method requires the open mind with broader point of view and unlimited experience of variety in the management field as well as outside the management field. The managers are to be equipped with experiences in engineering, arts, sports religion and all aspects of life. Final judgements are made by the immediate intuition from the experiences.
